The _Core package is a set of Java classes and interfaces making up an execution engine for UML State Machine Diagrams and State Chart XML. UML State Machine Diagrams are a variant of Harel's Statecharts, which are used to model and implement reactive software-intensive systems. The _Core package creates a common base for the Java ME, Java SE and Java EE platforms.
